Thank you for shopping with AgapePrintsDesigns. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our returns and refunds policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds and exchanges.

Our business is based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, and this policy complies with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

2. Return Rights (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about an item you purchased from us, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind:

The item must be unused and in original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

You must notify us of your intent to return within the 14-day period.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt, including photos or evidence of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a refund. A refund includes standard delivery charges where applicable.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, return postage costs are your responsibility.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return postage costs.

 

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund:

2. We will confirm return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of your refund or replacement.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of postage, whichever is sooner.

Refunds do not include outbound delivery charges (unless the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged).

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty:

Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened

 

8. International Orders

If purchasing from outside the UK:

You are responsible for return postage, customs duties, and taxes.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
